The First Week of School

Tuesday morning began with getting our oldest two off to school.  We were just about to take pictures when the bus arrived earlier than expected.  I worked out and then worked in the garden and did some chores in the morning.  Then I had to prep for the first night of soccer practice in the evening.  We got the first day of school pictures after school instead.  My oldest had his art lesson followed by soccer practice, which I coached.  Then my daughter had her soccer practice, which I also coached.  It made for a full day.

Wednesday, I got the oldest two off to school and then worked out.  I did some chores, read and mowed the lawn.  That evening we got the kids homework done, had supper, and gave them a little time to relax before getting them off to bed.

Thursday I got the oldest two off to school and then got in a workout.  Then I did some work in both our gardens before having lunch with Alex at the China Grill Buffet in Bellefontaine.  When I got home, Beth made a run to the grocery store.  My four year old spent the afternoon with our neighbor at Marmon Valley Farm.  Beth and I used the time to can some tomatoes from our garden.  In the evening, we had our 10U and 6U soccer practices.  After the kids were in bed, Beth and I watched another Sherlock Holmes on Netflix.
